Ryan Jordan is an experienced entrepreneur, advisor, and researcher with seven years of experience facilitating stakeholder growth and success internationally. Focusing on high-level design and communication, Ryan incorporates a wealth of experience in structuring and implementing meaningful impact and growth strategies for clients looking to surmount governmental, corporate, and internal challenges.
A graduate of Harvard University specializing in the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, and Africa, Ryan has engaged extensively on the ground in all three regions working in political risk advising and entry-to-market services, international trade, and local-US relation building. As the founder and current CEO of GradPal, he continues to specialize in serving HNW families in the education sector, including with educational advising, support, and securing placements at leading western universities (the Ivy League, Oxbridge, and more).
At TenBridge Group, Ryan oversees TenBridge's internal strategy and external engagement with clients and stakeholders abroad and in Washington DC, providing clients and partners with key pillars of support.

As an American, Canadian, and EU citizen, Ryan operates as TBG's international face, meeting stakeholders and engaging on the ground. Ryan also maintains active ties across the US educational ecosystem, holding a position of Senior Non-Resident Scholar at Harvard Law School's Center for the Study of African Societies and Economies, in addition to serving as a course mentor for Harvard Business School's Course, Field Y: Projects in Business Management/ Entrepreneurial Management. He also runs the Ivy Africa Institute, a pan-Ivy+ program helping students engage in the public and private sectors across the African continent.
Ryan speaks English and German, and can provide additional support in Mandarin, Russian, Bahasa Indonesia, Yoruba, and Hebrew.
